Ingredients:1 lb. ground beef1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Mild Chili Seasoning Mix1 small onion (chopped)2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes1 chopped green pepper (optional)2 cups water1 tsp. sugar1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Rigatoni PastaChopped tomatoes and minced fresh; oregano, optionalDirections:In a large saucepan, cook ground beef and onions until the hamburger is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain.Stir in chili mix, diced tomatoes, green pepper, sugar and water; bring to a boil.Stir in Rigatoni Pasta and reduce heat. Simmer, covered 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.Serve and top with fresh tomatoes and oregano, if desired.
