Gluten-Free Chili Beef Pasta

  1. In a large saucepan, cook ground beef and onions until the hamburger is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain.
  2. Stir in chili mix, diced tomatoes, green pepper, sugar and water; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in Rigatoni Pasta and reduce heat. Simmer, covered 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve and top with fresh tomatoes and oregano, if desired.
