Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Egg-Free Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups Mom's Place Gluten Free Mom's Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp. gf vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3/8 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend bananas, oil, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar and water. 
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into 8x4 inch greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
