Use two 9" bun pans or pie tins work too.
Cook the Mom's Place Gluten Free Yellow or White Cake as directed on package.
Pour into two pans and bake as per directions on package.
Cut accordingly (to make the ears and tie)and place on a pan
Make the Buttercream Frosting as indicated on the package.

You can decorate your Easter Bunny Cake with whatever you like! We used mostly fruit - kiwi's, oranges, strawberries and raspberries, plus a few sprinkles and some pink taffy. Just have fun with it and enjoy this delectable gluten free treat!
