Place ingredients in large crock pot. Cover with lid and cook on high heat for 4 hours, or low heat for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken in crockpot & serve on Mom's Place Gluten Free (prepared) Flour Tortillas OR Old El Paso GF hard taco shells. Add lettuce and tomato, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream & guacamole (any of your favorite toppings will do) & enjoy!
