Gluten-Free Gnocchi with Red Sauce

Ingredients:   

Directions:

  1. Boil the Gnocchi as directed on the packaging. (See note below for an alternative).
  2. Make Spaghetti Sauce according to the package with the tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Can add the option 1 lb. hamburger if preferred.
  3. Pour sauce over gnocchi and serve.
Note: For added flavor, instead of boiling, pan-fry the Gnocchi for approximately 10 minutes with a Tbs. of olive oil, turning on both sides to cook through.
