Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chippers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats or Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mom's Flour Blend with 2 extra eggs (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Make small balls of dough, smash with a fork, two different directions.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
