Ingredients:1 cup Quick Cooking Oats or Rolled Oats1 cup peanut butter1 cup brown sugar1 egg3/4 cup milk chocolate chips1 cup Mom's Flour Blend with 2 extra eggs (optional)Directions:Mix all ingredients.Make small balls of dough, smash with a fork, two different directions.Bake 10-12 minutes at 350.
