Gluten-Free Protein Bites

- 1 cup Mom's Place Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup finely shredded organic coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (gluten free)
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Mix all together in mixer until blended well.
- Roll into balls and store in fridge for up to one week.
- You can also press flat into baking dish and cut into bars if preferred.
