Homemade Gluten-Free Whipped Topping

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Chilled Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Add all three ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. Better to beat it a little longer than not enough.
  3. If you want it a little sweeter and more powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.
