Homemade Gluten-Free Whipped Topping

- 2 Cups Chilled Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- Add all three ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Beat on high until stiff peaks form. Better to beat it a little longer than not enough.
- If you want it a little sweeter and more powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.
